Teacher Lu

卢老师毕业于中国东北师范大学中文系，在中国省级重点高中任教7年半。

2000年受聘于新加坡教育部，在教育部学校任教15年。期间参与教育部科技发展署的阅读教学研究和实践，学生阅读能力和作文水准进步显著，教学成果曾2013年于新达城举办的国际教学研讨会上进行分享。

2016年4月从教育部辞职开始专注中小学会考应对研究，有自己独特的教学风格。

为更好地了解学生的心理，特别学习《心理学》，曾于2017年获取中国国家二级心理咨询师证书。

2018年9月创办卓悦教育。

Teacher Lu is our School Co-founder. She graduated from the prestigious Northeast Normal University (China) with major in Chinese Language. She started her early teaching career from the selective High School in China. She had since moved to Singapore in 2000 and was a Senior Chinese Teacher with an MOE secondary school for 15 years.

During her tenure as NIE teacher, she had involved in numerous research and workshops with objectives to develop new teaching techniques in the local and regional education field. Her competencies in teaching were also evident in coaching her pupils in connecting various examination criteria with effective answering techniques.

In the spirit of entrepreneurship as well as her personal interest in children education, Teacher Lu co-founded Zhuo Yue Learning Centre with Teacher Toh in 2018. A passionate educator at heart, she believes that every child is unique and full of potential. It was with this in mind that the school was conceived to provide value-added tutorial and enrichment lessons to the general masses and to uncover each pupil’s full potential and encourage them to excel with their best ability, regardless of their background. Besides being involved in the management and operational aspects of the business, she was also instrumental in developing and writing the Chinese subject curricula (both primary and schools).
